Repose through meditation

When we feel tired and stressed due to too much work and pressure, when we are tense in our relationships with our families and loved ones, we need to learn how to let go and to recharge our batteries. Through meditation, we can discover an inner sense of spaciousness wherein our mind can find its point of rest and problems begin to lose their grip on us. We can thereby reduce our tension and learn to relax from deep within.
This course is open to everyone, regardless of religious or cultural background. It is aimed especially at beginners with no experience in meditation.

Due to Lama Jigmé’s travelling agenda, the last two sessions of the Sunday course are canceled. However, you are invited and very welcome to join instead the Monday class on 4 July and 11 July, at 8 p.m., for 2 meditation sessions with Dylan Esler.
Note: Due to the travel agenda of Lama Jigmé changes in dates might occur during the course

The entrance is at the back of the building. So you go through the left, then you turn right at the gate of the garden, go in and the door is on your right.

Price: 120 € (108€ for regular members, 60€ for students/unemployed/retired, free participation for donating members). The price includes all sessions on the above indicated dates. Fees shouldn’t be an obstacle. Please contact us if there is a problem.
