Guru Rinpoche Empowerment by His Eminence Zhiltrul Choni Rangshar Rinpoche (Tang Rinpoche) – 13 November 2017

The Centre Culturel Tibétain is pleased to announce the visit of Zhiltrul Choni Rangshar Rinpoche (“Tang Rinpoche”) to Luxembourg. Tang Rinpoche, a well-respected Bhutanese master, will be conferring for the first time ever in Luxembourg, the empowerment of Guru Rinpoche.

Classical Tibetan summer course ABELAO

Dear friends,

Some of you may be interested to know that an intensive classical Tibetan summer course will be organized by the ABELAO (Académie Belge pour l’Étude des Langues Anciennes et Orientales) in Louvain-la-Neuve from 1 to 11 August 2017. The course will be given by Dylan Esler, a scholar and translator of Tibetan texts.

This intensive summer course will be particularly useful for those who have been wanting to learn classical Tibetan, as it will enable them subsequently to join the weekly class (Reading Level) organized by the Tibetan Cultural Centre in Luxembourg.

The ABELAO also offers the possibility of studying a number of other ancient and oriental languages, including Sanskrit.

We would like to inform you that Lama Jigmé will travel to Ireland from 12 until 15 May 2017. He was requested to give teachings and lectures in the three beautiful locations there.
