This way you can grow step by step, at your own pace. In our authentic Tibetan Buddhist temple, located in the heart of Delfshaven, we welcome everyone with an interest in meditation, both beginners and advanced. This course is specially designed for beginning and new students with an interest in Tibetan Buddhism and meditation. (read more about the whole series&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.phuntsokcholing.org\/klassen\/meditatieklas-zondag\/\">here<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Course Overview<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>During this second six-week course on Sunday, we will cover<strong>&nbsp;Meditation Techniques:<\/strong>&nbsp;Learning and practicing basic meditative methods to develop mindfulness, concentration and inner peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evenings are divided into a lecture with room for questions, combined with meditation. This course aims to deepen your knowledge of the basics of Buddhism and teach you the basics of meditation so that you can train and learn your mind. In this way, ancient wisdom is translated into our modern lives, so that inner joy and contentment can become more and more your reality.
