In the Buddhist tradition, the purpose of taking refuge is to awaken from confusion and associate oneself with wakefulness.

4 – 16 February 2025 – Importance of Refuge, Requesting Dharma names from students to Lama Rinpoche, Insight Meditation and Tibetan Prostration weekend.

In person at PCL, online and recording possibilities of 1 month duration to those who cannot attend on those days. In the Buddhist tradition, the purpose of taking refuge is to awaken from confusion and associate oneself with wakefulness.
Taking refuge is a matter of commitment and acceptance and, at the same time, of openness and freedom. By taking the refuge vow we commit ourselves to freedom.
